Von Trapp was started as an American vision to create a German/Austrian version of lagers. The brewery began it’s operation at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont back in the spring of 2010. They now reside at their newer 30,000 square foot facility that is capable of brewing a whopping 36,000 barrels annually! Through the 9 years of business they’ve received numerous amounts of awards for their beers. This is not a shocker as all of their brews emulate German style beers terrifically. In January of 2018 Brooklyn Brewery and 21st Amendment teamed up to take on the craft brewing industry. Brooklyn is what some would say a pioneer of the American craft beer revolution. Over the years they have expanded their beer to 29 states and 30 Countries! 21st Amendment began their conquest almost 20 years ago! They’re not only known for their witty named beers but they’re also among the top 50 craft brewers in the country. Join us from 5 pm to 7 pm to give these revolutionary craft beers a taste!
Stony Creek a Connecticut native craft brewery will be pouring a few of their many offerings on Thursday, February 21st from 5 pm to 7 pm. Stony is all about progressive brewing tactics bringing some of the latest and most popular styles of demand to our plate. Overall these guys make a range of very drinkable beers at a very reasonable price.
Born in Everett, Massachusetts, this brewery is almost literally down the road from our store. They are quickly becoming prolific with their recent New England IPA and their delightfully tart berlinerweisses.
Down the Road started as just a man with a hobby and, after a few gold medals at brewing competitions, he decided to turn his passion into his career.
For anyone looking for something new, delicious, and local this tasting is for you!
To go along with our sale, we will have Wachusett here to pour some of their stuff. Their brand new IPA Wally is making some big waves in the beer world. People just can’t believe that Wachusett made such a great hazy IPA. Definitely worth at shot. You won’t find a beer like this in a 6 pack, let alone for the price. Come try their new stuff and remind yourself about the old.
This is a first for me. Never have I dealt with a brewery at has the label “Imperial,” but that is just what this Wolcott, CT brewery is. Great Good Imperial Brewing Co. is America’s first all-imperial brewery. Every beer they brew is never below 8% and they can go as high as 14%. There is a some definite buzz surrounding them and for good reason. We will having them here to pour their entire line up, including their 12% imperial IPA.
