Description
This white wine, Aragosta Vermentino, made entirely from the Vermentino grape, is grown on the coast of Sardinia, by Santa Maria la Palma, where seafood is taken very seriously.
Delicately fruity, and easy to drink, it has fragrances of aromatic herbs and wonderfully refreshing acidity.
This wine pairs spectacularly with seafood, especially shellfish, but don’t let that stop you from just sipping it, or pairing it with a wide variety of salads, cheeses,ย orย grilled chicken as well.
