Avion Blanco – 750ml

A very mild and smooth (but woody) initial attack is lovingly followed up by a melange of flavors Mint, ripe peach, denser chocolates and rubbed raw leather. There’s a hint of a musty note on the finish which may come from pushing the aging process almost to the edge.
