AR Lenoble Intense Mag 19

From the very start, Lenoble wines are artisanal. Harvest is always done by hand with rigorous sorting of the grapes for quality. The harvest is pressed by hand in three different manual basket presses. The wines are fermented slowly, and aging is for 36 to 48 months-more than twice the Champagne requirement. The 2019 is 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay. The single harvest wine is then blended with 40% reserve wine. The results are astounding. The wine is at once both inviting and deep.
