Willett Barrel Selection

Once again Colonial Spirits has been offered an opportunity to purchase a single barrel of whiskey. This time it will be from the Willett Distillery. Each and every barrel is a little different and even the height at which they are stored in the warehouse effects how the whiskey develops over many years so it is always interesting to see what the options are before choosing the barrel.
The unblended, raw product from one single 6, 9 or 10 year old barrel will be bottled exclusively for Colonial Spirits and labeled as such. This offerings will available only in the quantity left in the chosen barrel and will present an irreplaceable interpretation of a delicious small batch bourbon.
The selection will take place on Saturday, May 25th from 2-4pm (or whenever the small samples run dry) and we want you to decide with us. There are samples from 6, 9 and 10 year old barrels, however only about 150mL of each so the opportunity to taste and vote is limited.
