Mystic #1

For the first tasting for the Brewery of the Month, we will be having Mystic Brewing out of Chelsea pouring from 1-3 Saturday May 9th.  Mystic has drawn a lot of inspiration from the brewing styles of Belgium and are creating inventive and all-round top quality beers.  Using high quality inredients and wild fermentation, Mystic is bringing a style of brewing to Massachusetts that was not previously here.  In the land of English inspired ales, Mystic is a very different beast.  Come out and check them out at the first of two tastings for Brewery of the Month May 9th, 1-3pm.
