Background:
Merriam Vineyards is a winery located in Sonoma County AVA in the town of Healdsburg. Started by Peter Merriam, a local boy, and his wife Diana, Merriam Vineyards was a long-time love affair come true. Years and countless bottles later and what you have is a premier winery known for pronounced red wines and balanced whites.
The Merriam wines have always shown well at tastings so we thought that pairing them with food, wine’s eternal partner, would only elevate them further. With Red Raven’s executive chef’s, Dean Szablewski , experience and ingenuity we should all be in for a night to remember.
