Jim Beam Jacob’s Ghost White Whiskey

This original recipe white whiskey is just shy of clear as it has about a year of barrel age on it.  Made from the same mashbill as the well known Jim Beam white label bourbon, its time in charred, white oak barrels is just enough to mellow it out a little.  It drinks very well straight or on the rocks and is a a great cocktail mixer (even a stand-in for vodka).
