What is Gin anyway?
Well, it is not just juniper and ethyl alcohol. Craft distilling has brought us expressions of gin worthy of the driest martinis, the finest tonic and the classic cocktails old old. As an eclectic spirit it is not often sampled at bars and restaurants so it is difficult to know what gin you will really like.
This free showing of dozens of gins is an opportunity to learn more about a classic spirit and to see what today’s distillers think gin should be.
