Cocktail class hosted by Privateer Rum

Privateer rum, is a locally crafted traditional rum that not only qualifies as ‘sipping’ rum but also makes outstanding cocktails.  At both 5:30 and 6:30 Kevin and Jay, from the Privateer distillery will be holding a class on cocktail making.  Great drinks are easy to make and these guys have the secrets to creating some remarkable mixes with ingredients that aren’t impossible to find or overly expensive.  Of course, the drink list is based on rums, but there are few better choices than Privateer to start off a delicious mixed drink.
