2014 Seminar Series : Rosé

This is the fourth class of the year, and I can’t wait for this one. With warm weather and summer just around the corner, I thought a seminar on rosé in May would be perfect timing. We will discover the many ways in which rosé is made and discuss the differences in aroma and taste. There’s more to rosé than sweet White Zinfandel and peach-colored ones from Provence. There is a world out there to be discovered.
